With a career spanning more than three decades, Jeff Lovett brings deep expertise in financial services, wealth management, and insurance planning. His professional journey began in 1987 at National Bank of Detroit (now JPMorgan Chase & Co.), where he advanced through roles in Trust Accounting, Internal Auditing, and Financial Analysis before being promoted to Financial Officer in 1994.
In 1997, Jeff joined Nationwide Insurance as a Financed Community Agent, where he was recognized as one of Michigan’s top producers. In 2002, he became an Independent Contractor, expanding his focus to commercial clients and deepening his work in financial services. In 2017, Jeff transitioned to independent advising with LPL Financial to offer his clients greater flexibility and access to a broader range of retirement and financial planning products.
Jeff holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Albion College, with additional studies at the University of Stirling in Scotland. He holds FINRA Series 6, 7, 63, and 65 registrations through LPL Financial and is licensed in Life and Health Insurance. He is registered to offer securities products in Michigan, Ohio, Florida, North Carolina, and Texas.
Jeff’s comprehensive approach includes retirement planning, managed accounts, annuities, charitable giving strategies, education funding, long-term care, estate conservation, and more. His passion is helping individuals align their financial lives with their values and long-term goals.
Outside of the office, Jeff is a devoted family man and lifelong volunteer. Since the early 1990s, he has served in numerous ministries—from jails and nursing homes to youth and men’s programs. He leads a monthly church service at the Oakland County Jail and enjoys singing gospel music alongside his daughter Ava at their local church. His faith and commitment to service reflect his belief in helping others work toward reaching their full potential—both financially and personally.
